Summer Bloom :
It would be an honor to serve on the ESLL Board for my son’s final season in El Segundo Little League. Over the years, ESLL and Rec Park have become such a meaningful part of our lives and our community.
This past season, I served as Snack Bar Manager and truly enjoyed finding new ways to enhance the experience for our league families and volunteers. Some of the initiatives I introduced included implementing Square payment terminals, reusable snack bar gift cards, QR code volunteer sign-ins, volunteer and substitute handbooks, and a rainy day sub list to help support families with multiple children. I also expanded our merchandise offerings with items such as blankets, beanies, hats, stadium chairs, and croc charms, while introducing new menu items and healthier snack options.
One of my favorite additions this season was creating “Friday Night Bites,” a community BBQ night designed to bring families together to support our teams and enjoy a fun evening at the fields. Building community and creating positive experiences for our players and families is something I am deeply passionate about.
Professionally, I serve as the Sports Medicine Program Manager at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and have extensive experience in athletic administration, event coordination, injury prevention design and implementation, sponsorship development, and youth sports programming. I also previously served as an Athletic Director, and Coordinator of Sports Science and medicine, where I helped build and oversee athletic programs from the ground up.
In my final season on the board, I would welcome the opportunity to continue finding creative ways to engage our league families, strengthen our community, and help make the ESLL experience even more memorable for our players.

Nathan Campos :
I have called El Segundo my home since 2009. My wife and I have been together for 16 years (married for 9) We have two boys aged 8 and 6. The El Segundo community has continued to impress us. Our schools, businesses and neighbors continue to step up and do what they can for the future of this town. I feel it’s my time to do the same. I have served as the President of
our Home Owners Association Board of Directors for the last 9 years and this will be my 3rd year on the ESLL Board of Directors.
Growing up in Arizona, my parents had us playing sports year-round. The impact sports had on me has stayed with me my entire life. The power of positive and motivating coaches is up there with a kid’s parents and teachers.

Matt Cano :
I moved to El Segundo in 1989 when my dad, Ron Cano, became City Manager. I’m grateful to have grown up here through high school, and to have called El Segundo home again with my wife, Dayna, for the past nine years. Some of my best memories growing up were related to baseball, usually trying to keep up with or one-up my two older brothers. El Segundo baseball served me incredibly well. I was never the best player at any level, but the game gave me a place to compete, work hard, and strive for something bigger. Those lessons eventually helped me earn a spot on the Stanford baseball team, and I look back on my years in ESLL with incredible fondness.
Like many of the best parts of El Segundo, ESLL has always been powered by people who care and lead. My dad coached whenever he could when we were young, served on the ESLL Board, and was also league president. I saw firsthand how much this league depends on parents and volunteers willing to step into leadership roles and make it better for the next group of kids.
Dayna and I have two boys and a girl, and I have had the joy of managing their baseball and softball teams since they started playing four years ago. My focus has always been on early skill development, building confidence, and helping kids fall in love with the game. I would be honored to serve on the ESLL Board and do my part to support a league that has meant so much to me and my family.

Matt Cerussi :
My family and I have proudly called El Segundo home for nearly 10 years, and this community has given us so much. I have a son currently playing in AA and a daughter who will be joining 8U softball next season.
Over the past four years, I have coached both of my kids, managing fall ball and spring teams and doing my best to create a positive, encouraging environment for each player. I also had the opportunity to support the ESLL Fall Fundamentals program in 2023, helping prepare kids making the transition into Single A. Giving back to this league and watching these kids grow has been one of the most rewarding experiences while living here in El Segundo.
My motivation for joining the board has grown naturally out of my years on the field. I have discovered a genuine knack for coaching and a deep love for watching kids develop at their own pace. That passion has driven me to want to do more, and joining the board feels like the natural next step. I want to give back with dedicated support and help grow this league into something even greater. I am particularly passionate about building and strengthening programs for younger players, ensuring they have the foundational skills and confidence to successfully transition and thrive as they step up to each new division.
I would be honored to serve on the ESLL Board and contribute to a league that means so much to so many families in our community. Thank you for your consideration.

Shannon Crouch :
I have had the pleasure of serving on the board for the last three years, first as Uniform Coordinator and then as Player Agent. I thoroughly enjoy working with fellow Board members, coaches across divisions, and community members, to help provide a fun and enriching experience for all.
Our family has lived in El Segundo for 15 years and have three sons, all of whom have participated in Little League. Our eldest started Rookie in 2017, played through to Majors and it was such a fun and rewarding experience. Our middle guy just finished his first year of Majors and is looking forward to his second run as an ESLL All Star. Our third will be wrapping up his AA career in the final game on Championship Saturday and is looking forward to starting AAA next season. Our family absolutely loves this game. My husband has coached our sons each year, and you can usually find all of us hanging out at Brett and cheering our fellow El Segundo ballplayers on.
I hope to continue to work on the Board and be an integral part of a beloved sport in our town! —--
Andrea Ennis :
I have loved being on the ESLL board the past 2 years, and would love to continue to serve on it again. I have 2 sons, Tommy & Camden, who have played in ESLL since their rookie year. Tommy just finished his last year of Majors, and Camden will be starting Majors next year. I have been a team parent almost every season, and have also done my share of GameChanger as well. We have been permit kids for many years but most recently bought a house in 2023 in El Segundo, as we wanted to be a true part of the community. Although I have no coaching or baseball background, I put my all into any volunteer opportunity I take on. I love the community that ESLL has brought to our boys and our family, and am so thankful for the friends we have
made because of baseball. I served on the board the past 2 years as the uniform chair, and would love to continue to be a part of the 2025-2026 ESLL board.

John Evans :
As a near lifelong El Segundo resident and proud El Segundo High School graduate, I’m deeply committed to giving back to the community that helped raise me. I’ve coached in El Segundo Little League for four years. Last year, as the Manager of the AAA Yankees, and this season as a coach with the Majors Cardinals. I take great pride in creating positive, team-first environments where young athletes develop skills, confidence, and a love for the game.
As a United States Marine Corps veteran and Engineer, currently working at Northrop Grumman, my military and professional background has reinforced the core values of discipline, integrity, and teamwork. Qualities I bring to the field every season and would carry into a board position.
As both a coach and a parent in the league, I’m passionate about fairness and inclusion. Every child, regardless of skill level, deserves the chance to participate, improve, and feel like a valued member of the team.
The league has given our family so much joy over the years, and with 2027 being Jack’s last year in Little League, I’m especially eager to give back by helping preserve its legacy while making it even better for future generations of kids. It would be an honor to serve on the El Segundo Little League Board.

Steve Fresch :
I've been an El Segundo resident since 2018 and have spent the last two seasons coaching my son Nico's team in T-ball and Rookie, this past year as the Cannon Ballers. We have been fortunate to be a part of ESLL. This league runs so well because of the coaches, volunteers, and board members who pour time into it. Just like the rest of the candidates, if selected, I would help keep that support strong and make sure the people on the field have everything they need to continue making ESLL an unforgettable experience for the kids.
—--
Amy Goldenberg :
Our family’s Little League journey began in 2022 when we encouraged our oldest son to play, and we quickly realized it would become a mainstay and deep-rooted passion, but not just for
him. Now finishing up our first year in El Segundo, ESLL has become more than a league to us. We’ve experienced firsthand the positive spirit, camaraderie and strong leadership that make this league so special.
I’ve been committed to community service since my childhood in National Charity League, and have continued that through years of volunteering, including serving as a class parent for both of my boys at Center Street and prior. Professionally, I’m a senior marketing leader in the toy industry with experience building teams, driving collaboration, and creating proven kid focused programs that blend fun with impact.
With a deep appreciation for what ESLL brings to families and this wonderful community, I would be honored to serve on the board. It would be a huge privilege to contribute my leadership experience, operational rigor, and passion for youth development to help support and advance the league

Brad Grossman :
Since moving to El Segundo in 2019, I’ve had the joy of watching my three kids grow and thrive in ESLL, now playing at the Majors, AA, and Rookie levels. Over the years, I’ve embraced various roles—including Board equipment manager, AA manager, assistant coaching, and scorekeeper—experiencing firsthand the incredible dedication of our volunteers and the positive impact they have on our young players. Being part of ESLL and the larger community has been truly rewarding, and I’m excited to deepen my involvement by continuing to serve on the Board. I look forward to contributing to the success of our league and helping shape the experience for the next generation of players.

Ted Hart :
I am excited to be seeking my third year on the El Segundo Little League Board of Directors and the opportunity to continue serving this incredible community. This past year, I had the privilege of serving as President of ESLL, which strengthened my appreciation for the volunteers, coaches, team parents, and families who make our league so special.
During the 2026 season, ESLL reached the highest enrollment in league history with 491 registered players. As President I was proud to lead meaningful facility improvements which included new pitching mounds at Brett and Bakalyar Fields, batting cage upgrades, and the addition of shade structures and a new sound system at Brett Field to enhance the experience for players, families, and fans.
I currently have two sons playing in ESLL. Jack completed his first season in the Majors division, where I have served as an assistant coach on his teams for the past six years. Declan just finished his first season in Single A, where I served as team manager after managing his Rookie Ball team last year. This summer I am also proud to serve as an assistant coach on the ESLL 11U All-Star team.
Thank you for your consideration.

Annie Harvilicz (Grant) :
I grew up in Baltimore idolizing Cal Ripken Jr.. Show up every day. Work hard. Stay humble. Put the team first. Those were the principles he embodied, and they’ve shaped how I approach nearly every aspect of life.
Baseball has been in my life from the beginning. I played softball from first grade through college, pitched and played shortstop for a Maryland Junior Olympic team, and grew up in a family where the game mattered (my cousin even played professionally). So watching my son Henry fall in love with El Segundo Little League has been a dream come true. This league has given him confidence, friendships, and so much joy, I want to make sure it keeps doing that for every kid who steps onto Brett Field.
Off the field, I’ve spent more than 20 years as a veterinarian and entrepreneur. I own two veterinary hospitals and founded several animal welfare nonprofits, including the Animal Wellness Foundation. When the LA fires hit last year, I coordinated emergency care and
mobilized resources across Los Angeles and Altadena, work that received international recognition. I truly believe none of it would have been possible without the confidence, discipline, and life lessons I gained through sports.
I love El Segundo. The spirit, the people, the ballfields. I want to help continue the tradition of excellence this league is known for so our kids can thrive on and off the field.
Also, full transparency: if I don’t get elected, I may never see my son or husband again. They basically live at Brett Field.

Dan Hodge :
My family has called El Segundo home for over 13 years, and some of our favorite memories have come through the El Segundo Little League. From the moment my son Julian stepped onto the field for Tee Ball to now playing in AAA, it has been amazing to watch him grow through the game of baseball.
What has meant the most to me hasn’t just been the wins or big plays, but watching him build confidence, learn how to support his teammates, and understand what it means to be part of something bigger than yourself. Little League has taught him lessons about teamwork, encouragement, resilience, and friendship that go far beyond baseball.
I’ve had the privilege of helping coach my boy’s teams since those early Tee Ball days, and being in the dugout alongside the kids year after year has been one of the most rewarding experiences as a parent. There’s something really special about seeing young players grow not only as athletes, but as people.
As a board member, my goal is to help continue making Little League a positive, memorable, and meaningful experience for every player and family in our community while always looking for ways to make the league even better for future generations.
Outside the baseball field, I own Ceremony Music Group, a music management company focused on supporting and developing artists.

Adam Howard :
My family and I have proudly called El Segundo home for the past seven years, and it has become a truly special place for us. One of the things we value most about this community is El Segundo Little League, which brings families together and gives our kids such a fun, positive, and meaningful experience.
My 8-year-old son has been part of El Segundo Little League since Rookie Ball, and since A Ball I have had the privilege of serving as an assistant coach in both spring and fall seasons. Coaching has been incredibly rewarding, and I’ve loved helping kids of all skill levels learn the game, build confidence, develop their abilities, and most importantly, have fun.
Professionally, I bring a strong background in leadership, organization, and accountability, and I would welcome the opportunity to use those skills in service of the league. As a board member, I would be committed to supporting coaches, players, and parents while contributing ideas that help the league continue to grow and improve each year. It would be a real honor to give back in this way and help ensure El Segundo Little League continues to thrive.

Ben Hunt:
My family has called El Segundo home since 2013 and I have had the pleasure of being a part of the ESLL community for 7 years now, managing or coaching at every level from T-ball through the Majors. This upcoming season, we will be proud to watch two of our sons play together in the Majors, and our daughter is eager to start her third season in the league! It will
be an honor to serve on the Board and do whatever I can to ensure ESLL continues to be a special part of the community.
—--
Greg Maechling :
I am seeking my fifth year on the ESLL Board of Directors. I have previously served as the VP of Majors and AAA divisions and am currently the Director of Fields. From El Segundo, I have one son in ESLL now and another who currently plays for ESHS. Playing here while growing up had a significant impact on my life. I look forward to the possibility of continuing to serve our community through this wonderful program
—--
Ryan Martin :
As a fourth-generation El Segundo resident, I’ve always felt a strong connection to this community and the importance of giving back to the place that has shaped so much of my life. With my oldest entering his final year of Majors and my youngest beginning his first season in AA, I’ve also been fortunate enough to coach youth sports throughout the area, including serving in some capacity at every division of El Segundo Little League.
As a coach, my philosophy has always been centered around doing what’s best for the players; prioritizing fun, development, teamwork, and confidence over winning alone. Off the field, I’ve always believed in staying involved and giving back wherever possible, including supporting ESLL through sponsorship and community involvement through my local businesses. I would be honored for the opportunity to help ESLL continue to grow and provide a positive experience for local families and athletes for years to come.
—--
Todd McAndrews :
I’m Todd McAndrews, and I would be honored to continue serving on the ESLL Board for a second year. I recently served as the Majors Vice President, a role that allowed me to support players, families, and coaches across the league.
My son, Ketch McAndrews, is entering his first year of Majors, and coaching his teams over the years has been one of the most rewarding parts of my involvement with ESLL. I grew up playing baseball in El Segundo—Little League, Babe Ruth, El Segundo High School, and beyond—and this community has shaped much of who I am.
I work locally at Chevron and value every opportunity to give back to the city that has given so much to me. Continuing to support the strong traditions of El Segundo Little League and contributing to a positive experience for all players is deeply meaningful to me.
I look forward to serving alongside a dedicated board and helping promote the excellence and community spirit of ESLL.
—--
Riley Montz :
As a lifelong El Segundo resident with deep roots in this community, I would be honored to serve on the El Segundo Little League board. Both of my parents were born and raised here, and like my dad—who also served on the board—I grew up playing baseball in El Segundo, from Little League and Babe Ruth through El Segundo High School.
I currently own two local restaurants, Richmond Bar & Grill and Old Town Patio. Since taking over both businesses, we’ve been proud supporters and sponsors of El Segundo Little League. My son Wesley just completed his second Rookie season with ESLL, and I’ve had the privilege of managing his team both years. It’s been a rewarding full-circle experience, and I’d love the opportunity to give back to the league and community that played such a big role in my life.

Jimmy Muir :
I am excited to return for my third year on the ESLL Board. My family and I moved to El Segundo over four years ago, and our ESLL experience has been a primary contributor to our love for this community. We feel blessed by the strong friendships we have made, and thankful for the positive influence from coaches and teammates.
My sons played Majors and AAA this past spring season, and I've been an assistant coach on their teams throughout their four-year Little League journey. This year, I served as the ESLL Registrar, with the primary goal of simplifying and improving the registration process.
I believe wholeheartedly that our responsibility as board members, coaches, and volunteers is first and foremost to create an environment where our kids can grow and mature socially, emotionally, and physically. Little League baseball offers our young boys and girls the opportunity to fall in love with sports, to learn to become coachable, to live into the responsibilities of being a teammate, to value giving their best effort, and to internalize the lessons learned from both victory and defeat.
I want to continue to serve on the Board to help ensure that these foundational tenets always remain at the core of our ESLL mission, and to advocate for placing equal importance for our players' development at the Tee-Ball, Rookie, A, AA, AAA, and Majors divisions.
—--
Chris O’Book :
My family and I have proudly called El Segundo home since 2017 and have become active members of the local community through our involvement in Little League. My older son, Carson has been playing baseball since age four and recently completed his first season at the AAA level, while my younger son, Caden just finished his first season of tee-ball. As a family, we value the friendships, teamwork, and sense of community that the ESLL fosters.
I have served as an assistant coach for multiple seasons, supporting player development and team growth, while my wife, Alyssa, recently contributed as the team parent for our son’s AAA team. Professionally, I work for PNC Private Bank as a Wealth Advisor where I regularly balance multiple priorities while working with a diverse range of clients across varying ages, professions, and financial needs. I would bring that same level of professionalism, organization, and solutions-oriented mindset to my role as a board member, while helping foster a positive, fun, and enriching experience for all players and families.
—--
Vinny Pande :
My family and I have called El Segundo home since 2020, and in that time baseball has gone from a new hobby to something that has completely taken over our lives. My son Miles, who is 8, just finished his AA season and is heading to AAA next year. This will be his third season in ESLL, and Rec Park has become a second home for us.
For the past two seasons I’ve served as an assistant coach, using the time to learn how the league works from the inside and to get to know the families and kids who make it special. Now I’m ready to step up and contribute in a bigger way.
I’ll be honest: I didn’t grow up playing baseball. But I’ve come to see how ESLL brings this whole city together and gives El Segundo its unique energy, and I want to help protect and grow that. Professionally, my career is in program management, and I’m confident I can apply those skills to coordinating and driving the league’s initiatives behind the scenes.
It would be a privilege to serve on the board and give back to a league and a community that has already given my family so much.
—--
Jordan Peterson :
As this season sadly comes to a close, thinking about being on the ESLL Board next year brings me happiness. My son, Jack, is wrapping up his second year in AAA (and 6th in ESLL) and it has really given me a new found love for the game. I’m finishing up my second year on the ESLL Board as Team Parent Coordinator, and hoping to continue on for another year (or two!)..El Segundo is such a special place and I've loved helping with the schools and community groups by being involved. Baseball is such a huge thing in this town; to continue being on the board would be an honor!
—--
Mark Pilla :
I have served on the board since 2023. During my first year, I served as Director of Sponsorship, raising over $30K in additional funding to the league through various community efforts. In 2024, I was the VP of AA where I was able to amend rules to drive better participation and teaching efforts to enhance the experience.
I have been coaching in ESLL for the past 5 seasons in A, AA & AAA. Being a coach has provided me with the ability to teach the core fundamentals of the game while providing mentorship on how the game and its challenges relate to being a good teammate, student, and all-around good kid. I have both played umpired baseball at a high level and with my personal and El Segundo’s love for the game it would be an honor making it a better experience for all kids involved in the program.
I currently work as a finance executive for the Los Angeles Angels. With my involvement in MLB and love for the game of baseball, I believe I could provide added resources based on my industry knowledge.

Chia-Ming Ro :
I'm excited to seek a second year on the board for the league that has given our family so much. As an El Segundo resident since 2019, I am proud to serve this community. During my first year on the board, I launched and maintained the league website, designed and managed social posts, all league email correspondence (in and out bound), kept scores updated throughout the season, managed playoff communications, as well as trouble shoot the Brett Cam.
Professionally, I'm a former finance executive who used social media to build Coastal Homestead — a garden design and media business focused on education, sustainability, and storytelling. With an audience of nearly 200k across platforms and partnerships with several notable brands, I bring a strong background in communication, organization, and content creation — skills I've put to direct use for the league. I've also spent the last 2 years developing and teaching the Garden Buddy Program at both RSS and CSS.
Currently, my husband Patrick Ro manages our younger son Griffin's team (the Majors Cardinals) and was selected as the 2026 11U All Star Manager. We are excited for Griffin being selected for ESLL 11U All Star tournament. Our older son Evan has moved on to Babe Ruth, playing for the Oaks. Eight years with the league, we're still loving every season.

Charles Strathdee :
My wife and I have proudly called El Segundo home for the past 12 years. Our son is finishing up his second year of AA and has played in El Segundo Little League since Single A. ESLL has been a meaningful part of our family's experience in El Segundo, creating lasting friendships and providing opportunities for growth both on and off the field.
For the past two seasons I have served as an assistant coach and have enjoyed helping young players develop not only their baseball skills, but also the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance.
I am a CPA with a background in Finance and Accounting. My career has provided me with experience in financial management, budgeting, planning, and organizational leadership. I believe these skills, combined with my commitment to our community, would allow me to contribute positively to the continued success of the league.
I am seeking the opportunity to serve on the ESLL Board because I want to give back to a program that has meant so much to my family. I am committed to helping make the league better as a whole and ensuring that ESLL continues to provide a fun, supportive, and rewarding experience for every player. It would be an honor to serve the league and the El Segundo community.
—--
Jon Warren :
I'm seeking my third year on the El Segundo Little League board. As an alumnus of ESLL, Babe Ruth, and ESHS Baseball, I've been grateful for the chance to help the next generation get the same experience I had growing up here.
I've coached my son Blake from Tee Ball through AAA, and I love watching kids grow in the game while keeping things positive and fun. My passion is on the field, but I know the on-field experience only works when there are committed people behind the scenes making it happen.
I live in El Segundo with my wife Tara and our three children. My office is here in town too, and Onyx Capital has sponsored ESLL every year I've been involved. I care deeply about this town and its baseball program, and I'd be honored to keep serving on the board of such a great league.
—--
Andrew Wilson :
My wife, Shari, and I have lived in El Segundo for 11 years and are thrilled to call this town our home. We’ve been blessed with three young children and couldn’t think of a better place to raise our kids. I managed teams this year in Single A (Padres) and Tee Ball (Beach Bats), as well as the Rookie Trash Pandas last year, and I plan on coaching as much as possible in the future. Shari has been the team mom on all the squads and has done an amazing job…little league baseball is simply a big part of our family, and we love it.
I grew up in Tennessee and played sports for most of my life, baseball through high school and football through college. I still use the life lessons that I learned in team sports every day. I also still have a running text chain with my little league buddies sharing in-season updates of the leagues we're in, 30+ years after we played together. I’d like to join the Board to help the program in any ways needed, focusing on the best possible experience for both the kids and the parents.
